Before class
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You may want to wear layers as body temperature can change during class. Please be prepared to be barefoot.
- Avoid eating a meal for a few hours before class. ( A light snack an hour before is OK if you need to eat).
- Please let the teacher know of any injuries or limitations.
- It’s recommended that you bring your own Yoga mat.
- Please arrive early to sign in, gather props, and find a space. Class will begin on time and all participants will enjoy the most benefits from an uninterrupted experience.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the studio.
- Remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, and other electronic devices.
During class
- Listen to your body and respect your limitations. Abstain from any activity that is painful for you. Yoga should not hurt!
